The Djed, or Pillar of Osiris, is a conglomerate image created by the ancient Egyptians to represent the trunk of the Acacia Tree & the Cervical Vertebrae of Osiris (Ausar in the Kemetic language).

Osiris is “the Resurrected One,” and therefore this pillar is a symbol of strength & restoration of the middle pillar, the core of the self.
