ONLINE ORDER POLICIES
All the products available online are also on display and for sale our Brick + Mortar shop. We are a one-woman team, so sometimes mistakes do happen, but we do our best to keep inventory levels accurate.
In any event that something is purchased online and we don't have the product in stock to fulfill the order, we promise to do everything in our power to communicate with you quickly.
We have the ability to offer a refund in these rare cases, or process exchanges for store credit.
We ship once weekly according to volume of sales. Our shipments usually ship USPS First Class or Priority. USPS with tracking is available for all international and domestic orders.
Please note that backordered + custom products take longer to process, as we craft them to order, especially for you! Typical turnaround for these items is 5-7 business days. We will communicate with you as quickly as possible if there are any changes in production time.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Returns can be made within two weeks of purchase date, and we only accept returns on items that are unopened and unused with original tags and tamper seals attached. Please note that refunds apply to certain online and in-store orders only. Store credit will be given for most refunds.
For returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping, but we will take care of the rest.
All purchases that are final sale: sale items and items purchased during a sale or promotion; and custom orders.
