This Icon depicts the image of Nebt-Het/Nephthys, “The Lady of the House”, the Egyptian Neteru (goddess) of midwifery, the unseen, sorrow & fermentation.

Nebt-Het is mounted on a background of Alabaster, surrounded by her plant allies of Lily of the Valley, Lotus & Willow.  Above her is her ancient hieroglyphic name, and below her is her corresponding Zodiacal sign, Cancer.
