Technologies of Grounding

Technologies of Grounding is an Evergreen Course offering.

Your body is the body of the Earth.

The purpose of this course is to give students a toolkit of foundational grounding practices to bring them back to center and allow them to move through each day with grace and balance.

Technologies of Grounding will be held on Saturday, December 23rd, 6-8PM CST.  We will be meeting together in-person and online. Classes will be recorded for those who are unable to attend live, and the recording will be available as an Evergreen Course offering to purchase and watch at any time.
