Create a ritual space by cleansing your tub & bathroom with Cedar first.  Light a candle, ignite some incense, dim the lights, and add any other altar items to your bathing space that invoke the energy you are working with for this ritual.  To a warm, running bath, add this sphere and stir the waters clockwise before submerging.  Soak for up to 20 minutes, then dress in clean clothes.
